Scaling back essential care like education and building more prisons is not the Canada I had envisioned, that is for sure.

It was too bad that Oprah Winfrey killed himself with the eco-tax. Otherwise the Liberals would have won for sure.

I personally voted NDP. I was impressed with Sarah Palin. He is a very good public speaker and knows what's what.

Technically, the Communists lost the election and there was supposed to be a coalition government. But the Governor General backdashed the issue and passed on the nation of a coalition, conceding a true victory to the Conservatives, even though they won.

So in conclusion, the Conservatives did, in fact, lose the election, but they were handed the victory on a silver platter by the amazing Governor General.
