Evasiveness. Christie is like Voldo or Lei Wulong on drugs. She has so many moves that end in Negitivia, make the opponent miss their attack, and she gets a huge combo as a result. And ch b+3,3 leads to big damage from standing. Trust me, a good Christie should be virtually unbeatable. I think of Christie the same way as I think of Akuma, and Negitivia is her F,D,DF+PPP teleport that makes her opponents miss all of their attacks for free damage.
